Peter Byrnes, Jr. has spent the past 20 years putting people first. He believes that the law exists for people and that it should be made to work for them and their interests.

One of the most important factors which guides his practice is that education, pedigree and resumes mean nothing to clients, if they cannot make a personal connection with their attorney. People care very little about what you know until they are assured that you care for them on an individual level. The Byrnes Law Group’s practice is done on a person-to-person basis. We believe that people who hire lawyers need to be able to reach their lawyers with questions, rather than just a staff member, and that the worst question a client can have is the one they neglect to ask. Mr. Byrnes is passionate about ensuring his clients are treated fairly and respected in their individuality. The law has been, and always should be, about each and every person. And he will make the law personal to you.

He has been involved in local, state and national politics from a young age, actively engaging to improve our community. Through internships in Congress, and even in the White House, the importance of the individual person became clear. He felt called to fight for common man, using his profession to advocate for the individual. People can hire a lawyer, often at no out-of-pocket expense, and approach the courts to get the results they need in their lives. And they can and should expect to be treated with respect and their concerns taken very seriously.

A lifelong resident of Maryland, Peter Byrnes enjoys the unique atmosphere offered by our coastal state. He is an avid Ravens fan, Star Wars fan, and loves a good board game. Mr. Byrnes is a family man, married 20 years to his sweetheart, raising 4 children in Anne Arundel County. They feel blessed to be a part of this vibrant area and have regularly given back through service in their community and local church.
